All Response Officers attend your premises in a company signed vehicle which is appropriate for the intended use of accessing the grounds with ease. All G&A Security vehicles are hardwire tracked and monitored at all times, via our Control Room in Darlington. G&A Security vehicles, which carry keys, are fitted with a CCTV system as standard which records activity 24 hours a day 7 days a week for monitoring and quality purposes.
All Response Officers assess the risks associated with any interventions in a lone working situation with action always taken when your premises is confronted with a physical threat. G&A Security Response Officers are First Aid trained and have considerable experience in communicating situations and reporting to the control room as required.
G&A Security’s Response Officers will be informed of any activation by our Central Monitoring Facility, who will provide the position required of the Response Officers on site determined by the type and location of the activation at your business. We always ensure a dynamic risk assessment is completed prior to attendance, which is completed at the time of contract commencement, to ensure the safety of our staff attending your site out of hours. Should communication ever be interrupted between our Control Room and the Response Officers, we contact Emergency Services to attend the property for immediate investigation.
All Response Officers attend activations with an active body camera in use to record the action taken during the check which can then be transferred to the electronic incident report for reference, as required.
